Resolved - Earlier today, between 06:30 and 07:39 UTC, async outbound webhooks were delayed rather than delivered in real time, by up to about 70 minutes. Events during this window were queued and have all been delivered. No events were lost. We are conducting a post-incident review to prevent this from happening again.
